"Shipping felt a bit unreasonable"
The items themselves looked fine, so I don’t really have an issue there. But the shipping was almost as much as what I ordered, which felt a little hard to justify. It kind of seems like that’s where the cost is being made up, and it took away from the whole experience for me.

"Mostly right, just one little mix-up"
My order from Texas Art Supply was mostly fine, but one of the items showed up in the wrong size. Not the end of the world, just kind of annoying when you’re expecting everything to be ready to use. Shipping was okay, nothing weird there, and the rest of the order was correct. I was actually trying to get this stuff organized before the weekend, because somehow my desk has turned into a storage area for random projects, receipts, and probably at least one missing pen. So yeah, overall it was decent, just not totally perfect.

"Pretty decent spot, just a little slow haha"
I stopped in to grab some art supplies and they had most of what I was looking for, which was nice. The checkout took a bit longer than I expected, and the staff seemed busy, so I didn’t get much help. Prices were alright too. Overall, not a bad store at all, just not one of those amazing trips either haha...

"I did end up getting my refund..."
I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected, and my gut feeling was that the process could’ve been a little smoother. Not a terrible experience, just a bit slow.

The staff were friendly and did try to help me out, but on a couple of art supply questions, they didn’t seem completely confident. Or maybe I was just asking oddly specific things, I’m not sure. I did end up finding what I needed, it just took a little longer than I expected

"Box showed up crushed"
The box arrived totally crushed, and the packaging was awful. A couple of the prints were bent by the time I opened it, which was really disappointing. On top of that, the constant reminders to leave a review felt way too aggressive, especially when the order didn’t even arrive in good shape

Pretty good selection overall. I went in looking for one thing, then kind of got sidetracked because there was a lot to look through. Took me a bit. Maybe longer than I expected. But I did end up finding what I needed, so no complaints really.

"Those discount popups are misleading"
I signed up because the site kept showing me this first-order discount, and I figured, okay, why not. But when I got to checkout, the code just kept saying it wasn’t valid. I even tried another promo code from one of their emails, and yep, same thing happened.
it just felt like a waste of time. If there are a bunch of hidden rules or exclusions, just make that clear upfront instead of making people click around and guess what actually works.

"More expensive than I expected"
I’ve bought similar items before and usually paid a lot less, so the prices here felt way too high for me. It just didn’t seem worth it compared to what I’ve paid in the past.

"Works Fine, Just Takes a Little Hunting Around"
TexasArt.com got the job done, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience. I eventually found what I was looking for, mostly by clicking around and noticing which sections seemed to follow the same layout patterns. A few pages felt a little dated or slow, and the search worked okay, but it didn’t always match exactly what I had in mind. Once I figured out the flow, checkout was straightforward. Overall, it’s not a bad site, it just feels like it could use some cleanup and clearer navigation...

"Paint set arrived in rough shape"
I was disappointed with this paint set. The paints felt cheap, and some were already dried out when I opened it. It seemed like it wasn’t handled very carefully before it got to me, because the whole thing just looked a bit neglected. Not something I’d buy again.

"Said it was in stock, but it wasn’t"
I ordered a few art supplies from Texas Art Supply because the website showed they were in stock, and I figured I was good to go.
A couple days later, I got an email saying some of the items weren’t actually available. That was really frustrating because I needed them for a class project and had to scramble to find them somewhere else at the last minute.
Customer service was fine, but it made me lose some trust in the site. If the inventory isn’t accurate, it’s hard to feel confident ordering from them again

"Curbside pickup was a mess"
I’m not trying to make a big deal out of it, but the curbside pickup was frustrating. I called like the email told me to, sat there for about 25 minutes, and then ended up having to go inside anyway because nobody ever came out. My order was just sitting there the whole time. To be fair, the staff wasn’t rude or anything, but the whole process felt really unorganized. I probably won’t use pickup again.

My special order did come in fine, and everything was okay with it once it arrived. It just took longer than I expected, longer than I was really hoping for. The staff was nice enough when I talked to them, but I do wish the updates had been better along the way.

"Not the best experience for pro art supplies"
I ordered some professional paints and brushes from texasart.com, it was way more frustrating than I expected. Maybe I’m being picky, but when you’re buying supplies for actual work, you kind of expect them to show up in decent condition, right?
The shipping took longer than the estimate, and one of the brushes arrived bent in the package. The paint tubes also looked dusty, like they’d been sitting on a shelf forever, which just didn’t feel great for supposedly professional supplies.
Customer service did eventually respond, but it was slow and didn’t really solve much. I needed all of this for a job, so the whole thing threw off my week. I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Customer service was slow to get back"
I order from texasart.com and had a question about my shipment, but the replies was taking way too long. I sent a couple emails and didn’t hear anything for several days. When they finally got back to me, the answer was fine, but waiting around with no update was really frustrating. It wasn’t the worst experience, but their customer service definitely need to be faster.
